¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Dirigir y motivar al equipo de cocina, proporcionando orientación, capacitación y retroalimentación regular para fomentar un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de alto rendimiento.Desarrollar y diseñar platos innovadores y atractivos que reflejen la identidad culinaria del restaurante, teniendo en cuenta la temporada, preferencias de los clientes y la frescura y proximidad de los ingredientes.Estar al tanto de las últimas tendencias y técnicas de cocina, buscando constantemente nuevas oportunidades de mejora para mantener la frescura y la relevancia del concepto gastronómico.Gestionar eficientemente los costes de alimentos y mano de obra, controlando el inventario, minimizando el desperdicio y maximizando la rentabilidad sin comprometer la calidad.Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de sala, así como con otros departamentos dentro de la empresa, como compras y operaciones, para garantizar una experiencia gastronómica integral y coherente para los clientes.Supervisar todas las actividades relacionadas con la preparación y presentación de alimentos en la cocina, asegurando altos estándares de calidad, higiene y seguridad alimentaria en todo momento. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?El/la candidato/a seleccionado/a deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
Titulación en restauración, hostelería o campo relacionado.Experiencia comprobada en restaurantes de Estrella Michelín o reconocidos por su excelencia culinaria y su innovación.Experiencia en el desarrollo y la ejecución de cocina innovadora.Fuerte capacidad para liderar y motivar a un equipo.Experiencia en la gestión eficiente de costes, control de inventario y optimización de recursos.Experiencia en proyectos con cultura de empresa sostenible.Pasión por la cocina y capacidad para adaptarse a las tendencias cambiantes del mercado. ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
