It is Trading's task to maximize value by growing and leveraging the platform. We are actively looking for top talent to join the Commercial Operations Team. Join our Commercial Operations Team where you'll oversee the loading, delivery, and customer service of marine fuel products.
The responsibilities we ́ll trust you with
- You'll prepare documents and reports to ensure smooth operations and conduct thorough data analysis to ensure systems (such as barges, tank gauging, and trucks) operate efficiently across different ports.
- You'll coordinate and oversee supply, loading and discharging operations in different locations, constantly updating plans to maximize performance and optimize stock levels.
- You'll maintain close communication with commercial departments, vessel agents, terminals, inspections for quantity and quality and supply channels to facilitate marine fuel deliveries and replenishments. Ensure comprehensive knowledge of customer information, vessels supplied, and port details to streamline processes effectively.
- You'll keep traders, commercial offices, and supply chain informed about product availability, supply logistics, and port conditions.
- You'll coordinate vessel nominations with Chartering/Vetting Departments of CT, clients/suppliers, and Logistics Terminals, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
- You'll calculate the price for each commercial operation using the established formula in the contract and ensure the accurate issuance/approval of corresponding invoices.
- You'll manage cargo-related costs effectively, identifying areas for potential savings and ensuring fair allocation to CEPSA and/or suppliers/clients.
- Ensure the proper handling of original cargo documentation (B/Ls), including thorough review, endorsement, and timely dispatch to relevant parties as needed.
- You'll develop budgets for distribution expenses and review commercial contracts to identify opportunities for operational cost reduction.
- You'll handle complaint resolution services promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any quality or quantity issues in coordination with relevant departments.

Basic Qualifications
- 2-5 years' experience in operations of fuel cargoes.
- Master / bachelor's degree in Transportation & Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Ability to incorporate a business-minded approach into daily operations.
- Fluency in English. Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, would be preferred.
