Misión de la posición: #LI-CG1
Apoyar al Regional VP EMEA en la relación con las propiedades, garantizando una relación fluida con los propietarios y aportando rigor al seguimiento y cumplimiento de los aspectos contractuales por ambas partes.
Principales responsabilidades:
Participar en la definición de la estrategia global de la función de OWNER RELATIONS, aportando la realidad local y los inputs necesarios a la visión globalAsegurar la implantación, dentro de la Regional, de la estrategia de OWNER RELATIONSDar soporte al VP Operaciones y a los MD's en la Relación con Propietarios, desde el punto de vista estratégicoRealizar seguimiento de la Relación con Propiedades en la Regional, controlando el cumplimiento de los derechos y deberes contractuales de las propiedades, de forma recíproca.Dar apoyo al VP de Operaciones de EMEA y a los MD's de EMEA en reuniones y acuerdos con las propiedades y realizar acta de las mismasOrganizar el control de los vencimientos y plazos de denuncia en hoteles de EMEA. Mantenimiento de la base de datos GLOBAL de la compañía.Organizar el control de avales correspondientes a las propiedades de hoteles de EMEADocumentar las entregas de fianzas de contratos, para posibilitar su recuperación tras la desafiliaciónSeguimiento de la deuda de los hoteles en gestión y en franquicia del area de EMEAContract Manager: seguimiento y control del cumplimiento de los contratos desde su firma por expansión, sus posibles adendas y la terminación con desafiliación del hotel. ¿Qué buscamos? 2 años de experiencia en sector hotelero, preferiblemente en áreas de Auditoría, Jurídico o Dirección Hotelera.Licenciatura en Económicas/Derecho o Diplomatura en Administración y Dirección de EmpresasConocimientos en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Derecho Mercantil - ContractualManejo alto de SAP, BW, Excel.Inglés avanzado, valorable italiano o árabe.
