El/la Export Area Manager será responsable de liderar y ejecutar la estrategia de exportación en mercados internacionales, con el objetivo de maximizar las ventas y el crecimiento de las líneas de productos. Este rol implica una alta capacidad de gestión de relaciones con distribuidores, análisis de mercados, y ejecución de planes comerciales para expandir la presencia de la empresa a nivel global.
Responsabilidades Clave- Desarrollar Estrategias Comerciales: Crear y ejecutar estrategias efectivas de exportación para nuevos mercados y mejorar la penetración en mercados existentes.
- Gestión de Distribuidores, Retailers e Importadores: Identificar, negociar y gestionar relaciones con distribuidores, Retailers y socios estratégicos en mercados internacionales.
- Análisis de Mercado: Investigar y analizar tendencias de mercado, competencia y oportunidades de negocio para adaptar la oferta de productos a las necesidades locales.
- Planificación Comercial: Desarrollar y gestionar planes comerciales, presupuestos de ventas, y previsiones para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Cumplimiento Normativo: Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones locales y estándares internacionales en todos los mercados de exportación.
- Desarrollo de Marca: Colaborar con equipos de marketing para ejecutar estrategias de desarrollo de marca y productos en los mercados objetivo.
- Informes y Análisis: Preparar informes de rendimiento, análisis de ventas y recomendaciones para la alta dirección.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de exportaciones dentro del sector FMCG.
- Experiencia demostrada y consolidada en la gestión de clientes en Oriente Medio o Sur de Europa, Arco Mediterráneo.
- Educación: Título universitario en Comercio Internacional, Marketing, Administración de Empresas o campos relacionados.
- Habilidades:
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación y gestión de relaciones.
- Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos de mercado y ventas.
- Proactividad y enfoque en resultados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés; se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de otros idiomas (Francés, Portugués o Italiano).
- Disponibilidad para viajar: Alta disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente una media de 100 días al año.
