Job Description

The Middle Office Administrative tasks cover a wide range of activities, including:

Contract creation for Candidates (which includes gathering & vetting of necessary information - eg work permits)Issuing contracts, having them signed and storedCreate and manage Purchase Orders for freelancersContract creation for ClientsCreation of Client and Candidate Master data in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems so timesheets can be logged and accurate payroll/invoices createdGenerate reporting for business needs

The right incumbent for this role therefore is someone with attention to detail and is keen to understand how all these different processes impact each other.Customer-service related tasks

Along the contract-life cycle there can be a number of interaction points with different stakeholders:

Contact with Candidates to collect relevant information to create contracts in an accurate and timely fashionContact with Recruitment Consultants, local finance, payroll and legal teams to coordinate timelines and data-flows between Front, Back and Middle OfficeCandidate onboarding to explain Timesheeting portals and payslip informationAnswering Candidate questionsAttending to Client queries

The Successful Applicant

Ideally prior experience of:working in shared service center or administrative environmentworking in HR Services, Accounts Payable and/or Billing Customer Servicecollaborating effectively with international team/cross-team to deliverFluency in English and Dutch languages is a must.Spanish is a significant plus.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ensures facts are correct, complete and consistentExcellent customer-focus & communication skills (written & verbal)Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure & manage deadlines Ideally at ease with ExcelAbility to work independently, take initiatives, continuous improvement mindsetand eagerness to learn
