- Proven experience of BA & Change Management approaches, tools, and phases of a project life cycle
- A deep knowledge of Agile methodology and principles, including the creation of user stories based on the readiness definition, and to remain up to date with new practices
- Experience with Agile Framework.
- Experience in ALM tools such as JIRA, Confluence
- Experience with Contact Centre solutions: IVRs, Voice Bots, agent desktop solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - C1
Nice to have :
- Certifications: Agile an AWS
- Understanding of Financial institutions and Banking products/processes
