Job Description
Location: Madrid
Type: Intern (se necesita convenio empresa-universidad)
Length: 6 months
Time: 6-7 hours per day (morning schedule)
Expected Start Date: as soon as possible
In this role, you have the opportunity to contribute a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions contributing with a global leader in Health Technology. You will be supporting Sales Teams who work providing our Healthcare solutions and devices to our clients.
Your role:
You will be interacting with Account Managers and our international Global Business Services Team to prepare Quotation Desk (QD) requests and outputs
You will be converting Quotation Desk outputs to Commercial Offers and you will be preparing Commercial Offers for customers (paper or electronic version)
You will keep in touch and develop strong customer relationships.
You will learn about public tenders and you will support the team on the administrative part of it.
It will be a 6-months, remunerated internship.
You're the right fit if:
You are studying your Master or Bachelor in Business Administration, Management (ADE) or similar. You need to be enrolled in university (we require to have "convenio universidad-empresa")
You are fluent in both Spanish and English
You put attention to details and you are proactive. You enjoy organizing and administrative tasks.
You are proficient with MS Office with advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce would be a plus.
