Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administration Intern to join our Sales Department. As a Sales Administration Intern, you will provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with the preparation of offers, analysis of tender specifications, and generation of administrative documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team in the preparation of offers, including analysis of tender specifications and generation of administrative documentation.
- Assist in the review of specifications and documentation requirements to ensure compliance with Thales procedures.
- Provide administrative support for the sales process, including compilation of documentation and support in the Offers process (Gates).
- Engage in dialogue with the Legal and Financial areas to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Preference for a degree in Business Administration or Business Management.
- Knowledge of using office tools from the Microsoft suite, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook, and Databases.
- High level of English (B2) language proficiency.
- Ability to interpret administrative and technical documents.
- Ability to understand legal concepts and generate legal reports.
- Motivation to work in a company like Thales and in the Defence and Security sector.
- 1050€ gross per month.
- 21 days holiday.
- Remote-friendly 2 days a week working from home.

The Talent Programme is a one-year full-time internship programme that includes a Master's degree in Productivity and professional development through the University-Business Foundation and the Camilo José Cela University (distance learning).
