Funciones:

  • Gestión de la comunicación con el cliente
  • Gestión técnica incluyendo la planificación de tareas, coordinación con la ingeniería y optimización de los procesos
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento del plazo, presupuesto y calidad requeridos
  • Supervisión del equipo (25 personas aproximadamente). Organización de los turnos de trabajo y vacaciones del personal
  • Análisis crítico del servicio y evaluación de debilidades y fortalezas del sistema de gestión del tráfico. Implementación de mejoras.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en ingeniería (mínimo: ingeniería técnica)
  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en gestión completa de proyectos (trato con el cliente, gestión económica, gestión de proveedores etc.)
  • Experiencia en proyectos de instalación o mantenimiento y operaciones
  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos multidisciplinares
  • Nivel de inglés medio tanto hablado como escrito
  • Valorable: experiencia en el sector de la movilidad, gestión de trafico urbano o interurbano
