Existe candidatura preidentificada para esta posición Misión Lograr el posicionamiento y la diferenciación de las moléculas de AZ desde una fase temprana, por medio de un plan estratégico científico que permita desarrollar un engagement bidireccional, codesarrollar proyectos de valor para los pacientes y consolidar un liderazgo científico en la patología y en el producto RESPONSABILIDADES/FUNCIONES Áreas Clave 1.

Conocimiento 360 del entorno sanitario.

Recoger los datos/información relevante que permita:
identificar oportunidades, necesidades, motivaciones e intereses e iniciativas reactivas de generación de evidencia. Perfilar y mapear los KEEs y decisores claves por cuenta/área sanitaria de acuerdo con las necesidades de la compañía. Adquirir todo el conocimiento necesario para convertirse en experto en el Patient Journey y anticipar tendencias de futuro. Realizar el mapeo del Patient Journey de su cuenta/área sanitaria.

Trabajar en todo el proceso aportando la información y requerimientos del Product Value Team, del Brand Team, de los equipos de acceso y comerciales en los diferentes momentos del ciclo de vida del producto.

2. Alineamiento y despliegue de la estrategia.

Coordinar el posicionamiento científico estratégico de la cuenta/área sanitaria alineado al plan nacional, junto a otros roles de la organización, para asegurar la diferenciación y posicionamiento del medicamento desde una fase muy temprana.

Dar apoyo y seguimiento en el desarrollo del plan a las áreas de Acceso, Especialista de cuenta y Gestor Integral de Servicios.

3. Excelencia en la ejecución científica.

Implementar las acciones del plan científico estratégico para asegurar el posicionamiento científico del fármaco Dar soporte científico y técnico en el área terapéutica, productos y patologías a su cargo, para asesorar y proporcionar información científica, dentro de ficha técnica y de productos comercializados, a Marketing, Market Access, Red de ventas y otros miembros de los equipos cross-funcionales.

Ser un partner clave en la generación de evidencia. Ser eficiente e innovador en la utilización de diferentes herramientas y canales. 4. Desarrollo de una relación de engagement con stakeholders claves.

Ejecutar el plan estratégico científico por medio de acciones definidas en el KEE roadmap, incluyendo contactos y comunicaciones a medio y largo plazo, que permita construir relaciones de partnership con diferentes agentes y en especial con las SSCC.

Construir un vínculo bidireccional a largo plazo con los stakeholders claves. 5. Compliance.

Garantizar que todas las actividades relacionadas con su puesto de trabajo cumplen con la normativa externa e interna aplicable (políticas, procedimientos, estándares, directrices y código de conducta).

Proyectar, en su relación con clientes internos o externos, la imagen y valores corporativos de AZ.

REQUISITOS DEL PERFIL Imprescindibles:

Formación:
Licenciatura/ Grado Ciencias de la Salud

, Licenciado en Medicina Experiencia:

Se requiere experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en la industria farmacéutica con productos farmacéuticos hospitalarios, habiendo desempeñado funciones como MSL, o Medical Manager o Medical Advisor, operaciones clínicas o Market Access

Market Access: 5 años, acreditando además un sólido bagaje científico Residencia: Madrid Debe demostrar manejo avanzado de herramientas digitales e informática nivel avanzado Máster en Departamento Científico de la Industria farmacéutica.
