Desde Dexter Associates estamos en búsqueda de un/a Brand Manager para un laboratorio farmacéutico nacional en constante expansión, reconocido por su compromiso con la innovación y la mejora de la calidad de vida de sus pacientes.

Misión: Elaborar e implementar la estrategia de marketing/comercial de medicamentos genéricos con marca fantasía y productos OTC, para garantizar su óptima implementación en la red comercial en todo el territorio nacional.

Experiencia requerida:

Al menos 8 años en empresas en el sector farmacéutico.Diseño e implementación de estrategias de marketing y comercialización de medicamentos genéricos con marca fantasía y OTC.Gestión de marketing/comercial de productos farmacéuticos para visita médica en diversas áreas de especialidad.Lanzamiento de medicamentos genéricos con marca fantasía.

Funciones principales:

Analizar tendencias del mercado y necesidades del consumidor para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo de producto.Crear e implementar estrategias para mejorar la presencia de marca en el mercado.Guiar la innovación y modificaciones de productos basándose en la investigación de mercado y los marcos regulatorios.Desarrollar y supervisar campañas promocionales cumpliendo con los estándares legales y éticos de la compañía.Rastrear y analizar los datos de ventas y el desempeño del mercado para refinar las estrategias y alcanzar los objetivos financieros.Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con todos los stakeholders, especialmente con los profesionales de la salud.Asegurar que todas las actividades de la marca cumplan con las regulaciones de la industria y las políticas de la empresa.Liderar esfuerzos para educar a los profesionales de la salud y a los consumidores sobre los beneficios de los productos y su uso adecuado.Abordar cualquier problema relacionado con la marca o los productos que puedan afectar su reputación o viabilidad en el mercado.Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de I+D, ventas y regulatorio para asegurar esfuerzos cohesivos hacia los objetivos de la marca.Brindar aportes estratégicos a planes del grupo relacionados con iniciativas de cartera cruzada.

Formación:

Grado universitario en Ingeniería, ADE, Economía, Marketing o similar.MBA o Máster en Marketing o relacionado al sector farmacéutico (deseable).

Idiomas: Inglés. Otros idiomas serán valorados.

Localización: España. No se requiere una ubicación geográfica específica; disponibilidad para viajar esporádicamente.
