We are looking for a Patient Experience Manager The ideal candidate will directly manage our teams and a multi-functional international in-house and outsourced Front Office staff

Responsibilities:

As a patient experience manager, you'll ensure patients receive high-quality care and positively interact with healthcare services.Enhance patient satisfaction, address concerns, and improve overall patient experience.Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs are met and voices heard.Analyze patient feedback, surveys, and complaints to identify areas for improvement.Develop strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement.Design and deliver training programs for providers and internal staff.Focus on communication skills, empathy, and patient-centered care strategies.Generate reports on patient experiences, outcomes, and trends.Use data to drive improvements in patient care processes.Work closely with clinical teams, administrators, and other departments.Implement initiatives to create a patient-centric culture.Lead by example & never stop improvingRequirements:Previous experience in Quality Assurance management .Previous experience in KPI/targets management .Strong people management skills.A previous experience in health care would be highly valorated.Previous experience with crm/tck tools suites.Great Customer Service skills.Previous experience managing CTI and individual productivity indicators.English and Spanish both high, any other further language will be welcomed.What we offer:Opportunity to grow in an innovative company and Top International Scale Up.Attractive Compensation package.Benefits with our treatments, aligners, and products.Collaborative work environment and positive culture.International and diverse teams.Coffee and fresh fruit every morning.At Impress we cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
