Somos semFYC, Sociedad Española de Medicina de familia y Comunitaria, federación de las 17 Sociedades de Medicina de Familia y Comunitaria de España y que agrupa a más de médicos de familia.


¿Qué buscamos?


Buscamos un/a Business travel & events consultant que se encargará de supervisar y coordinar los viajes del equipo, así como de diseñar y coordinar actividades en todo el territorio español.


¿Cuáles serán tus retos?
Con colaboración de la agencia de viajes, serás responsable de supervisar, coordinar y gestionar viajes de la Dirección de la empresa, así como todo el personal de la sociedad asegurando así su éxito y optimización:

  • Deberás prever las necesidades logísticas de viajes para las reuniones y eventos corporativos.
2. Valorarás la idoneidad del transporte y del viaje en cada caso, teniendo en cuenta la disponibilidad, tiempo y presupuesto.

3. Negociarás las condiciones con la agencia de viajes externa y/u otros proveedores.

4. Tendrás en cuenta los posibles imprevistos, minimizándolos y preparando alternativas viables.

Prepararás la información y documentación necesaria sobre la agenda, los transportes principales y adicionales del viaje hasta llegar al destino.

Por otro lado, serás la responsable de coordinar las actividades de la semFYC:

  • Diseñarás, organizarás y coordinarás los actos promocionales para dar a conocer la asociación a nuevos miembros de cada comunidad autónoma.

Diseñarás un plan de comunicación para difundir la actividad o evento a través de los canales locales adecuados que lleguen al público objetivo.

3. Proporcionarás asistencia personalizada durante el evento.

4. Evaluarás los resultados y la correcta gestión del evento.

Necesitamos

  • Formación superior en turismo y/u organización de eventos.
  • Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas.
  • Experiencia demostrable en agencia de viajes y organización de viajes.
  • Valorable experiencia en organización de eventos corporativos (u otros).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar mínimo un 20% anual.
