Seguramente hayas oído hablar de nosotros pero quizás no sepas a qué nos dedicamos ni cuál es nuestra contribución al Plan Estratégico 2025. Somos un área multi-función que lleva procesos operativos como la gestión de nóminas, el pago de facturas, la gestión laboral, la gestión de oficinas, el servicio de atención al empleado, la emisión de pedidos, generación de facturas, el control de la deuda, etc.

Una unidad de más de 500 personas que nacimos en 2018 y hemos ido creciendo incorporando personas de todos los negocios y áreas de la compañía, algo que seguimos haciendo cada día. Nuestra pluralidad es una palanca para conseguir nuestra misión que es aportar valor a los negocios y áreas gracias a nuestra experiencia en los procesos que operamos y en la tecnología más idónea para eficientarlos y digitalizarlos (RPA, chatbots, process mining, inteligencia artificial...). La vacante se encuentra en el proceso del Pedido al Cobro (O2C) en la D. SERVICIOS GLOBALES dentro de la Servicios Económico-Comerciales y Programa HANA

Las funciones del puesto se centran principalmente en actividades de la unidad de facturación de cliente, con la oportunidad de contribuir a la elaboración y difusión de información económico – financiera para facilitar la gestión ágil y eficaz de las diferentes Compañías de Repsol.

Funciones y Responsabilidades:

Buscamos incorporar al equipo a un analista con las funciones siguientes:

Control de suministros previos a la ejecución factura, emisión factura y rectificación de facturas

Atención a consultas o incidencias de facturación

Gestión de anticipos y liquidaciones

Registro contable de operaciones.

Diseño de las interfaces contables que se requieran para conectar el sistema comercial a SAP.

Realización del reporting tanto interno como externo para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales de las compañías bajo su responsabilidad.

Interlocución continua con la Dirección Económico-Administrativa, negocio, Sistemas Informáticos externos e internos, Fiscal.

Análisis de los procesos para su mejora y eficiencia, a través de cambios en su ejecución con objeto de simplificarlos, de medidas ofimáticas, o de su automatización y/o aplicación de robots.

Requisitos:

Titulación Superior Grado en Economía, ADE, Finanzas y Contabilidad o similar

Nivel intermedio de inglés B2

Manejo de Office, fundamentalmente Excel y habilidades en manejo de sistemas contables.

Conocimiento de SAP FI y SD (nivel usuario)

Experiencia en la gestión y coordinación de proyectos de desarrollo

Conocimiento contable
