We are looking for a professional with an native/ advanced level of Dutch who will work for an important multinational company in the retail sector where the main function will be the control of the merchandise (once the merchandise leaves the factory, to which stores it is distributed, which products, in which deadlines, merchandise left in stock, return of products to the factory, contact with distributors, etc.).

What do we offer you?
- Salary 30.000€ gross per year.
- Temporary contract of 4 months and then indefinite. very stable position.
- Contract of 39 hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 18hs.
- Training within the contract.
- Modality of work: Hybrid. At the beginning you will work from Monday to Thursday in person at the client's offices (Ifema Madrid area) and on Fridays in teleworking. Once the learning curve is overcome, we will move to a hybrid model of 3 face-to-face days and 2 teleworking days.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in the B2B retail sector managing accounts as Customer Service (Senior Customer Service profile) is essential.
- Native Dutch and advanced level of English.
- Nalytical skills.
- Knowledge of SAP and mastery of Excel, as it will be the working tool (with priority to the Costumer Service experience).
- Residence in Madrid.
