Esta es una oportunidad atractiva para que un CONTABLE se una a un negocio líder respaldado por capital privado en la industria española de alquiler residencial de rápido crecimiento. MACC gestiona uno de los mayores patrimonios privados de activos de alquiler de España.

Este rol reportará al Supervisor Contable, siendo responsable de la función contable y fiscal dentro de varios vehículos de inversión (Socimi) dentro de MACC.

El puesto tiene su sede en Madrid y su oficina se encuentra en Nuevos Ministerios - esta posición es 100% presencial.

Descripción del rol

Las principales responsabilidades serán:

· Supervisar la contabilidad de 2 sociedades.

· Asegurarse de que el proceso de cierre de fin de mes se entregue con calidad y a tiempo.

· Cumplimiento tributario y supervisión de los formularios y cálculos de impuestos, contando con el apoyo de asesores fiscales externos.

· Seguimiento de las cuentas de tesorería y de las transacciones financieras.

· Supervisar los préstamos de la empresa (pagos de intereses, nuevas disposiciones/reembolsos, etc.).

· Elaboración de análisis ad hoc

· Conciliación bancaria.

Educación

· Licenciatura en ADE, Finanzas, Contabilidad.

· Es imprescindible tener conocimientos técnicos de contabilidad y PGC español.

· SAP HANA FI (valorable).

Requisitos

· Se valorará experiencia en procesos contables, experiencia en otros procesos financieros.

· Se valorará experiencia en Inmobiliaria o Servicers.

Experiencia

· El candidato ideal tendrá entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia laboral en contabilidad general.

Competencias

· Dominio del uso de Excel

· Inglés (valorable)

· Habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales, capaz de trabajar con diferentes equipos y funciones.

· Las habilidades de resolución de problemas son esenciales, buscamos un profesional resolutivo que pueda comprender y resolver problemas.
