Incident & Risk Manager

We are looking for an experienced Incident & Risk Manager who will be leading our Incident and Risk operation.
What you'll do
Liaising with internal teams to identity, analyze and execute an appropriate response to business indents.
Ensure that actions and findings are tracked and documented during and after an incident.
Brief and engage stakeholders at multiple levels of seniority on the ongoing incident.
Conduct post incident reviews to identify root causes and lessons learned, as well as, writing and presenting incident reports
Business Incident Assurance.
Identify potential risks associated with processes and document effective mitigation strategies.
Participate in the Risk Committee.
Liaise with our UK Compliance and Risk counterparts to develop best practices.
What experience you need
At least 5 year of experience in a similar role.
Experience of managing incidents, risks and controls, preferably in regulated industries.
Feel comfortable working with diverse stakeholders including but not limited to; Legal, Risk, C-Suite members, IT, Data Protection.
Intermediate English oral and written communication skills.
IT: Management of Google Suite package.
