The role

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Data & Analytics Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to shape the future of data-driven resolutions? Look no further Join our team and play a crucial role in managing the delivery of analytical, data, and integration products, platforms, and services across the Zone Europe Markets while collaborating closely with the Global Analytics Data Integration product teams and other regional product and tech streams.

We are looking for someone who will closely work, influence, and engage with key business entities such as Market Data and Analytics Managers, Zone Functions, Zone Categories and Markets to drive adoption and usage of global ADI D&A products, platforms and services and advance the agenda of digital transformation enabled by Data Foundations and Tech Foundations in scope of our global department. As the Zone Europe Regional Manager, you will also influence the Global ADI Product Groups to understand the key needs of the European Zone and Markets to ensure fit offerings.

What you will do:

As a Zone Europe Regional Manager - Analytics, Data, and Integration, you will coach and transform the regional team (the D&A Regional ADI teams report to this role whilst Master Data and Integration teams have a dotted line) supporting the successful implementation of regional projects (e.g. Enterprise Unified Cross Functional Data Assets communication, deployment and usage in European Markets and key business entities such as Supply Chain hub in Warsaw).

As part of this role, you will also:
  • Collaborate with different business units to understand their diverse needs and ensure the team can effectively support them.
  • Shape the value and purpose driven portfolio of Data & Analytics Use Cases by, for example, establishing and managing the network of D&A experts at the market level; ensuring full utilization and adoption of IT products; driving legacy elimination (LEAN) initiatives in the markets; supporting the review of the current technology environment to recommend solutions for improvement based on market feedback; deploying data cataloguing and being committed to data discoverability in markets.
  • Be a guardian of our operational resilience, compliance, and product adoption by, for example, assisting with and supporting design of the governance, assurance and standards activities associated with ensuring solution and integration architecture compliance.
  • Proactively engage with various stakeholders and foster sharing and connection between D&A managers to maximize knowledge exchange and collaboration.
What will make you successful?
  • You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, actuarial science, operations research or other quantitative field, economics, business mathematics or a related field - Analytics or Business Management Graduate degree preferred.
  • You have a proven, significative work experience in managing analytics & insights, data science, information technology, or data engineering teams.
  • You have a proven track record of working with senior business stakeholders to deliver and support data analytics, information, and technology solutions that drive business value.
  • You are experienced in understanding a variety of analytical processes and solutions including but not limited to analytics applications, microservices, data governance, data integration quality and measurement.
  • You previously mastered building an IT, data & analytics organizational strategy and managing multifunctional teams of advanced data modelers, data architects, data scientists, etc.
  • You have a proven work experience in consuming large data sets from multiple sources and implementing visualization capabilities leveraging mainstream, commercial software platforms.
  • You understand and have experience in exploring, implementing, and deploying advanced capabilities, including cognitive technology, ML/AI, automation, microservices, automation and digital user engagement techniques.
