Tu misión será dar sentido a los datos y transformarlos en información útil para la toma de decisiones de las áreas de negocio así como entender las necesidades del cliente interno y liderar dentro de su equipo de trabajo la creación de reportes y herramientas que mejor apoyen y ayuden en la visualización de la información.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?
Generación de visualización e interpretación de datos efectivas (diseño de sistemas tableros gráficos de información mapeo herramientas de datos) dando sentido al flujo de análisis y storytelling que ayude a las áreas de negocio. Liderar junto con el Product Owner las relaciones con los equipos de negocio (comerciales y/o de operaciones) para asegurar un pleno entendimiento del área. Apoyar a su equipo en la resolución de problemas y desafíos relacionados con reportería y análisis de la información teniendo una mirada crítica e impulsando las mejores prácticas del uso y consumo de datos. Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de trabajo procesos y correcta utilización de herramientas definidos desde el equipo de central de Business Insights para asegurar procesos eficientes y escalables.
Para ello ¿qué vas a necesitar?
Tener mínimo 3-4 años de experiencia laboral previa como analista de datos utilizando Tableau. Nivel avanzado de Excel y con experiencia en manejo de bases de datos (Access SQL Server ...) Formación superior en negocios matemáticas económicas finanzas estadística o ingeniería. Se valorará estudios de Máster/MBA.
