Job Description
The role of the Marketing Intern, is to assist in the coordination of marketing campaign planning and execution with accounts, and help with the Ecom localization project. This role reports into the Marketing Manager Spain.
Responsibilities Build and maintain a database of retail presence across the market.Coordinate the updating of the NE brand spaces across the portfolio of accounts to ensure we stay relevant with our imagery. Assist regional marketing manager in campaign execution projects and events, including occasional communication directly with wholesale accounts, agencies – external and internal stakeholders.Work closely with the main Key accounts and the Marketing Manager to ensure the POP is ordered and delivered to accounts in time for installations.Showrooms set up and merchandising with the local team for each season.Follow the product and marketing calendar to ensure relevant accounts have assets for campaigns we provide assets for. Assist the marketing team in translation projects.Benchmarking of other brands and market opportunities. Assist the marketing manager in the retail projects.Support in delivering KPI reports for campaigns.Research and present findings on market trends, retail presence, campaign benchmarks etc.Support the Marketing Manager on ad hoc projects and day to day tasks as required.Knowledge & Experience
To apply you must have/be:
Marketing or equivalent degree.High degree of both Spanish and English language proficiencyA basic understanding of retail, trade, and digital marketing practices.First-hand experience in customer facing environments from a B2B point of view is a plusA highly collaborative and communicative person with the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.Able to work on the full Microsoft office suite especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Meticulous attention to detail.Please note that this role is fixed term for 6 months.
