SOLUTION MANAGER – DWP

We are looking for a Solution Manager with experience in DWP small-medium size deals to join our diverse Atos team.

Role Description:

  • Customer oriented, ensures a clear understanding of their business priorities and needs.
  • Understands and follows the bidding approval processes during bid phase.
  • Designs competitive and sustainable end-to-end solutions based as much as possible on standard portfolio and partners.
  • Creates solution cost models, pricing models and designs and validates business cases associated to the designed solution.
  • Explains and defends the overall solution.
  • Writes the proposal.

Technical Skills:

  • Workplace Engineering: Virtualization, Configuration and asset Management, Unified Endpoint Management, Image management, etc...
  • End user support: Service Desk, Field Service/Onsite Support
  • Modern endpoint management
  • On premise VDI & Desktop as a Service
  • Workplace Transformation
  • End user experience. Workplace Platform analytics
  • Cross Functional Services: Tooling, Transition, Transformation, etc...
  • Collaboration environnements, Azure, Intune, Citrix, Teams

Other Technical Skills:

  • Workplace Cybersecurity
  • Automation, Orchestration, Monitoring

Language skills:

  • Spanish: Native
  • English: Minimum B2
  • Catalan: Native, is a plus.

Experience required:

  • At least 5 years in Information Technology Managed Services and Solutions.
  • At least 3 years in Presales working in deals in an international environment.
