Te contamos los principales requerimientos y otras habilidades de la posición:
· Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos/ Relaciones Laborales/ Psicología/ Administración y Dirección de Empresas.
· Experiencia mínima de 1 año.
· Experiencia en tareas.
· Inglés avanzado.
· Buen manejo de los programas de Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams)
· Sharepoint
· Experiencia en programas Workday, SAP u otro similar.
Funciones:
· Procesos de selección, relaciones laborales y de empleados.
· Supervisión de cumplimiento normativo local
· Gestión de casos
· Interpretación de Convenios Colectivos
· Gestión del cambio

· Contrato de interinidad.
· Jornada completa de lunes a jueves de 8:00 a 18:00h y viernes de 8:00 a 15:00h.
· Jornada intensiva del 1 de julio al 15 de septiembre en horario de lunes a jueves de 8:00 a 15:00h y viernes de 8:00 a 14:30h.
· Modalidad de trabajo mixta, combinando presencialidad con teletrabajo.
· Salario de 17.400€ brutos anuales.
