Control de flujo de cajaCreación del balance score card y seguimiento del ajuste de las desviaciones del forecast.
Control de cuentas de explotación.
Responsable de pagos y cobros.
Diálogo activo con las entidades bancarias, asesores legales, fiscales y auditores.
Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa legal.
Riesgo de crédito a clientes y proveedores.
Elaboración de planes financieros de riesgo.
Variaciones de precios de construcción.

¿Qué buscamos?
Estudios en ADE, Económicas, similar+1 año de experiencia demostrable en Contabilidad y Administración.
Valorable experiencia dentro del sector inmobiliario, financiero y/o fondos de inversiónNivel avanzado en excel y usuario resto de programas del paquete office.
Capacidad analítica y de adaptación, proactividad, trabajo en equipo; persona metódica, resolutiva y organizadaSi eres el candidato/a ideal no dudes en aplicar a la oferta.
