Our Corporate team is growing, and we would like to hire a new Administrative, who is looking for an opportunity to continue growing their skills in an international environment.

You will use your knowledge to support accounting and fiscal transparency, efficiency, and strategic financial management, to facilitate informed business decisions and promote financial stability.

KEY RESPONSABILITIESHelp in the coordination and execution of day-to-day accounting activities, including monthly closings and accounts reconciliation, to meet reporting requirements.

Manage treasury operations, conduct bank reconciliations, prepare estimated cash flows, analyze variances, and monitor petty cash and bank transfers.
Support the follow up on fixed assets inventory, provisions, reconciliations, and transactions to maintain accurate records.
Coordinate the external and internal audit process, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines and facilitating information flow.
Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data effectively.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
Proficiency in Spanish accounting regulations. International knowledge is a plus.
Proven track record in preparing Financial Statements and Annual Accounts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
Strong organizational, analytical, and planning abilities.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
