Position Overview
The Hideaways Club seeks a detail oriented and efficient Accounts Assistant to join our vibrant finance team in the office in Málaga. This role is essential for maintaining our financial health and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial operations across the Club's property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Recording: Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and financial reports.Transaction Management: Process invoices and payments and perform bank reconciliations.Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and various financial reports.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the finance department.Profile and Experience RequiredProven Experience: 3+ experience in an accounting support role with a strong understanding of financial processes.Technical Skills: Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with financial software is a plus.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.Detail oriented: High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.Educational Background: An accounting technician is preferred. A degree in finance, accounting or a related field is advantageous.About The Hideaways Club
