¿ Qué harás en tu día a día?
Diseñar y actualizar los amenities de los hoteles. Responsable de la implementación del programa del bienestar en la diferentes área operativas y que se viva en el día a día del hotel. Diseñar y actualizar los contenidos en las diferentes plataformas de reclutamiento para crear un proceso para cada marca en la adquisición de talento. Participación activa en ferias de empleo y visitas a escuelas para exponer de primera mano las marcas Centric y Thompson. Generar experiencias para que las nuevas incorporaciones vivan y experimenten las marcas en su proceso de incorporación. Participación activa en nuestra formación de bienvenida Welcome to Hyatt. Apoyar al equipo de Recursos Humanos en la realización de Actividades para los diferentes profundicen los valores de marca. Realización de auditorías del contenido y forma de las comunicaciones internas que se realicen, para que cumplan los estándares de marca. Participación activa en el diseño de uniformidad de los hoteles.

Experiencia previa en Marketing, focalizado en Employer Branding/ RRHH, idealmente en sector de hotelería de lujo. Creatividad, habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de auditoría y control de calidad, son un must para esta posición. Orientación al detalle, pasión por el lujo y por el sector hotelero. Inglés avanzado.
