Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/d) Import
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact, providing timely arrival information to customers and responding promptly to calls and emails.Service Solutions: Offer competitive rates and options for service delivery, including Truck and TECO + Truck combinations, tailored to meet our customers' unique needs.Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for transport, including BL release and consignee authorization.Delivery Management: Efficiently create and manage delivery orders, confirm payments, and coordinate the delivery process to guarantee customer satisfaction.Issue Resolution: Proactively inform customers of any delivery delays or issues, ensuring transparent communication and swift resolution.Proof of Delivery: Send POD (Proof of Delivery) to customers, confirming the successful completion of services.Requirements:Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to foster good relationships with customers and maintain effective communication between departments.Team Player: Demonstrates strong teamwork capabilities, working collaboratively to achieve team goals.Empathy: Shows understanding and empathy towards customer needs and concerns.Coordination Skills: Exhibits strong organizational skills, effectively coordinating tasks to ensure smooth operations.Efficiency: Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure, with a keen eye for detail and problem resolution.Continuous Improvement: A forward-thinking mindset, always seeking ways to improve processes and customer satisfaction.Language Skills: Good written and oral proficiency in both, English and Chinese If you meet these qualifications and are ready to embark on a rewarding career journey with COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Spain) S.A., we invite you to apply today.-
