Agencia global de comunicación y marketing con amplia experiencia en deportes, eventos y entretenimiento.

Están ampliando su cartera de clientes y buscan 2 Directores de Cuentas Senior para crear estrategias y realizar grandes campañas para importantes clientes globales en sus asociaciones de patrocinio deportivo.


RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Ofrecer la mejor planificación estratégica y creativa de la Industria.
  • Creación de herramientas y directrices para el desarrollo de negocio.
  • Planificación de cuentas, presupuestos, gestión de clientes y equipos.
  • Establecer nuevos estándares en la gestión y ejecución de campañas
  • Simplificar y facilitar al máximo la elaboración de informes y la evaluación.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar a los miembros más jóvenes del equipo
  • Contribuir a una cultura totalmente integradora que valore realmente la diversidad.

REQUISITOS

  • Experto en PR, Comunicación o Marketing o Senior AM con experiencia que pueda elaborar estrategias y realizar grandes campañas.
  • Alguien con un gran conocimiento de la activación de patrocinios / asociaciones globales o de eventos.
  • Con experiencia en la creación de herramientas globales de comunicación y marketing para grandes marcas.
  • No necesariamente un experto en medios de comunicación, pero tendrá una sólida apreciación del valor de las buenas relaciones públicas.
  • Experiencia en agencias trabajando para clientes globales con un enfoque en B2C, pero con sólidos conocimientos de comunicación interna y B2B.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de los canales digitales y experiencia en las distintas plataformas de redes sociales.
  • Inglés como principal idioma de comunicación es necesario un nivel bilingüe de negociación diaria.
  • Mentalidad de crecimiento, que no necesite microgestión y que esté dispuesto y sea capaz de contribuir a una cultura de agencia positiva e inclusiva.
