Desde Antal International buscamos un/a Social Media & Community Manager Senior con mínimo 5 años de experiencia en marcas de moda. Será responsable de liderar la estrategia y gestión de redes sociales de la marca, asegurando que los mensajes del departamento de Marketing se trasladan fielmente al ecosistema social. Queremos a alguien creativo/a, estratégico/a, proactivo/a y capaz de aportar nuevas ideas para hacer crecer la comunidad.ResponsabilidadesGestión de redes socialesPlanificar y ejecutar el calendario editorial alineado con Marketing.Crear, programar y publicar contenido en los diferentes canales.Adaptar mensajes y campañas al tono y estética de la marca.Coordinar materiales con Marketing y Studio.Crecimiento y dinamización de la comunidadAumentar engagement y crecimiento orgánico.Gestionar comentarios, mensajes y menciones.Detectar tendencias, conversaciones relevantes y oportunidades de contenido.Estrategia y análisisDiseñar estrategias creativas para potenciar visibilidad y tráfico.Colaborar con Influencer Marketing.Elaborar reports con KPIs y propuestas de mejora.Trabajo transversalColaborar con Marketing, PR, E-commerce, Retail y Diseño para asegurar coherencia en todas las campañas y lanzamientos.RequisitosMínimo 5 años de experiencia como Social Media / Community Manager.Imprescindible experiencia en marcas de moda.Excelente redacción, sensibilidad estética y conocimiento profundo de redes sociales.Capacidad de gestión, organización y trabajo bajo presión.HerramientasProgramación y análisis social: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights.Diseño y edición básica: Canva (valorable Adobe Creative Suite).Organización: Trello / Asana o herramientas similares.Qué ofrecemosRol clave dentro del área de Marketing.Libertad creativa dentro del marco de la marca.Ambiente dinámico y colaborativo.1 día de teletrabajoBuenas condiciones económicas
