En LAAGAM buscamos un/a PR, Communications & Partnerships Manager con mirada estratégica y capacidad ejecutora, capaz de elevar la visibilidad de la marca a través de comunicación, relaciones públicas, colaboraciones y activaciones de alto impacto.No buscamos un junior. Buscamos a alguien con 4–5 años de experiencia real, con contactos activos en moda, lifestyle y cultura, y que haya trabajado en una marca de moda o en una agencia liderando cuentas del sector. Una persona autónoma, resolutiva y con criterio, que se mueva con soltura entre periodistas, stylists, talentos, agencias e insiders.Responsabilidades1. Calendario & PresupuestoDiseñar y proponer el calendario anual de activaciones: PR stunts, eventos, lanzamientos, influencers, pop-ups, partnerships, etc.Gestionar y optimizar el presupuesto anual de PR & activaciones.Medir impacto y resultados a través de KPIs: visibilidad, repercusión, ROI, menciones, asistencia, conversión en awareness.2. Estrategia & Relaciones PúblicasDefinir y ejecutar la estrategia de PR de la marca a nivel nacional e internacional.Construir y mantener relaciones estratégicas con medios, agencias, stylists, influencers, celebrities, showrooms y perfiles clave del sector.Detectar oportunidades orgánicas y proactivas para elevar el posicionamiento de LAAGAM en prensa, talento y cultura.3. Influencers & PartnershipsDiseñar y ejecutar planes con perfiles estratégicos y embajadores de marca.Identificar y gestionar colaboraciones con otras marcas y proyectos de valor conjunto.Coordinar envíos, pulls, content guidelines y seguimiento de resultados.4. Activaciones & EventosPlanificar, coordinar y producir eventos de marca, lanzamientos, activaciones experienciales, pop-ups y presencia en ferias o festivales cuando aplique.Gestionar proveedores, producción, timings y necesidades logísticas.Asegurar que cada activación refleja el universo estético y creativo de LAAGAM.5. Comunicación de MarcaTrabajar mano a mano con el equipo de Brand para mantener coherencia en tono, imagen y storytelling.Alinear mensajes clave con campañas, drops y contenido.Requisitos4–5 años de experiencia en PR, comunicación o activaciones en moda (marca o agencia).Red de contactos activa en medios, stylists, celebrities, creativos e influencers.Capacidad para trabajar de forma estratégica y autónoma, con ownership real.Experiencia demostrable en organización de eventos, presentaciones y activaciones.Criterio, sensibilidad por la moda y afinidad con el universo LAAGAM.Nivel alto de inglés.Compensación: 30k brutos al año + bonus
