The main focus is on coordination and project management of marketing activities related to Responsible AI innovation Center Marketing initiatives.General Data:Type of contract: IndefiniteHours: 09:00 - 18: 00h (40 hours)Location: Madrid (Spain)Start Date: January 2026Salary Range: 30K - 35KResponsabilities:Coordination and project management of marketing actions related with the Responsible AI Innovation Center. Including PO creation & follow up with POE.Follow up events (workshops or conference) need to end from Registration process to execution.Regular monitoring and follow up with GTM Team to ensure smooth landing of the activitiesCoordination, control and follow up of Microsoft, customer and partner attendanceAssets: Creation of invitations and other assets needed for the projectControl and reporting.Events extended supportSupport in executing events as part of the marketing planOrganization and coordination of assets/ internal marketing repositoriesManagement and full control of RAIIC Swag stockEvent assets: Support in the creation of ppts and any other content related with events executed in countryEvent reportingGeneral support to CMO and GTMs in marketing actionson.Additional Skills and Abilities required:Have a love for Microsoft, be a brand evangelist, and have a deep understanding of Microsoft products (Surface hardware, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Windows, Office, Xbox, and services).Lead by example, take pride in your work, and enjoy helping and developing others while creating fun environments and energizing people through your passion.Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high-level attention to detail.Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driven to get results.Strong people and presentations skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Requirements:Excellent Communication skills in local Spanish language and English (both verbal & written)Experience with Microsoft products and current Microsoft Industry Trends.
