We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Control Intern to support our finance team in managing and monitoring Amazon-related accounts across multiple countries. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in credit control, invoice tracking, and financial systems such as SAP, within an international, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Weekly monitoring of the Amazon Vendor Central Portal across 28 sites to identify and download newly issued invoices.Accurately record invoice details (including vendor number and email contact) into Excel and forward to the AP team (approx. 70–100 invoices/month).Manage and respond to daily email correspondence related to: Invoices; chargebacks; missing invoices; EDI issues and other payment-related discrepancies.Add daily remittance details into SAP to ensure accurate and timely tracking of payments.Allocate daily payments across 7 Amazon accounts, ensuring funds are transferred to the correct country account (currently ~250 payments pending allocation).Collaborate with the Customer Service team on shortage and price claims.Liaise with the Credit Manager regarding chargeback write-offs.Regularly review unpaid invoices on the Amazon portal and raise tickets with Amazon’s accounting department to resolve outstanding issues.What We’re Looking For:Studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).Strong Excel skills (data entry, filters, basic formulas).Proactive, well-organized, and able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.Comfortable managing a high volume of emails and tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).Interest in financial systems and processes (knowledge of SAP is a plus).Valid work authorization in Spain (NIE).
