Buscamos una persona enérgica, orientada a mercado y con gran orientación al logro para una posición de Retail Experience Technician.Tu misión será la de diseñar y ejecutar un plan anual de marketing adaptado a los dealers clave del país/área, proporcionando un apoyo personalizado que incluya formación técnica, conocimiento de producto y el uso de herramientas Orbea.A su vez, te ocuparás de asegurar una experiencia excepcional en test de producto y eventos, gestionando de manera integral la operatividad, el soporte técnico y la coordinación logística.Qué buscamos:Altos conocimientos técnicos de producto bici y conocimientos de mecánica de bici.Formación específica en Marketing.Experiencia de al menos 2 años en puesto similar.Se valorará experiencia y conocimiento del sector.Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés.Dominio de herramientas del entorno Google (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Meet,....)Disponibilidad para trabajar en fines de semana y eventos.Ubicación centro trabajo: Mallabia.Competencias:Habilidades de comunicación, atención al cliente y trabajo en equipo.Capacidad para resolver problemas en tiempo real y de planificación y gestión.Persona colaborativa, con habilidades para la negociación, visión sistémica y capacidad de aprendizaje.Qué ofrecemos:Posibilidad de desarrollo en un proyecto ilusionante.Trabajar en un equipo dinámico en el mundo del ciclismo.Involucrarse en proyectos estratégicos para la compañía.Formar parte de una empresa consolidada, en crecimiento en el sector y que apuesta por la innovación y el diseño.-------We are looking for an energetic, market-oriented, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Retail Experience Technician.You will be responsible for designing and executing an annual marketing plan tailored to key dealers in the country/region, providing personalized support that includes technical training, product knowledge, and the use of Orbea tools.Additionally, you will ensure an exceptional product testing and event experience, overseeing operations, technical support, and logistics coordination.What we’re looking for:Strong technical knowledge of bicycles and bicycle mechanics.Specific training in Marketing.Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.Experience and industry knowledge will be a plus.High level of English required.Proficiency in Google suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Meet, etc.).Availability to work on weekends and during events.Work location: Mallabia.Competencies:Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and teamwork.Ability to solve problems in real time, plan, and manage operations.A collaborative mindset, negotiation skills, systemic vision, and ability to learn.What We Offer:Opportunity for growth within an exciting project.Work in a dynamic team in the cycling industry.Involvement in strategic company projects.Be part of an established and growing company focused on innovation and design.
