Workster is partnering with one of the largest global outsourcing companies to recruit Spanish-speaking Customer Support Experts for various international projects across multiple industries. These roles support major global companies in areas such as social media, digital communication, mobility, online payments, cybersecurity, e-commerce, and consumer electronics, all without disclosing brand names.Your RoleAs a Customer Support Expert, you will help users across different platforms and services, ensuring a smooth, safe, and high-quality experience.You will:Assist users with empathy, accuracy, and efficiencyStay informed about the specific project’s policies, products, and guidelinesMake balanced, policy-aligned decisions while maintaining user satisfactionCommunicate clearly and professionally, in writing and verballyInvestigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts, usage, and service issuesRespond to user questions with high quality, speed, and empathyUse your market knowledge to spot trends and recommend scalable improvementsAnalyze incoming data to enhance the overall user experienceSupport enforcement of platform or service rules when requiredReview reported content or cases within agreed timeframesIdentify workflow inefficiencies and suggest process improvementsRecognize patterns and escalate cases when necessaryYour QualificationsC1 level SpanishGood English (B2)Availability for remote roles within Greece or for office-based positions in Athens (depending on the project)Customer Support experience is a plusAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsFlexibility and adaptability to policy and process changesConfident computer and internet skillsAbility to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)The OfferMultiple project options, matched to your skills and preferencesRemote positions anywhere in Greece and onsite roles in AthensRelocation package for Athens-based roles (flight, hotel stay, and housing assistance)Competitive salary + performance bonusesRotational shifts depending on the projectDiverse and multicultural work environmentFull training, continuous support, and strong career development opportunities
