In this role, you will lead end-to-end software delivery—spanning requirement analysis, high-level/low-level design (HLD/LLD), front-end/back-end implementation, and cloud deployment. A core requirement for this position is a strong track record of designing robust solutions for global Tier-1 enterprises, specifically with extensive hands-on experience delivering digital platforms, brand solutions, and core architectures for large pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.
Key Responsibilities
Pharma & Enterprise Delivery: Serve as a primary technical architect and lead for global enterprise accounts, specifically delivering solutions across EMEA and APAC regions for top-tier pharmaceutical brands (e.g., J&J).
System Architecture & Design: Produce detailed High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation, defining API contracts and system architectures for complex digital platforms.
Full-Stack Software Engineering: Build and maintain scalable, high-performing web applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel, Drupal, WordPress), JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, Next.js), and Python.
Modernization & Migrations: Lead architectural transformations, including moving legacy monolithic systems (e.g., .
NET) to modern headless/decoupled architectures (React + REST APIs) and cloud migrations (Azure).
AI & RAG Integration: Architect and prototype intelligent features leveraging generative AI models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) via agentic frameworks (LangGraph), multi-agent debate pipelines, and structured RAG/vector retrieval (PostGIS, ChromaDB).
Performance & SLA Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues within 1–2 hours, enforcing high SLA standards (99% uptime) while optimizing platform load times and operational costs.
DevOps & CI/CD: Establish robust automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Vercel).
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with product managers, senior leadership, and enterprise client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
