Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a creative and self-motivated professional to join our team at Kube Group.

About the Role

This role is at the centre of our efforts to attract top talent and build the future of our company. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with exceptional Sales and Recruiters through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize your creativity to find and engage with top candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative methods.
  • Candidate Interviews: Lead initial interviews and conversations to identify candidates who possess the skills and passion we are seeking.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a positive experience by being their primary contact and maintaining open and friendly communication.
  • Data Quality: Maintain an up-to-date database by ensuring candidates' information is current.
