In this position, you will collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, develop and refine interview processes, and advise on talent acquisition strategies. You will also build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, screen CVs, interview candidates, and promote our company as an employer of choice. To be successful in this role, you will need at least 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs and deadlines in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. You will have experience hiring software engineering roles, including IC and manager levels, and a strong understanding of relevant technical skills. Additionally, you will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and support cross-functional recruitment efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for building great products, redefining success, and simplifying complex challenges. You will be a subject-matter expert in your recruitment market, with a deep understanding of the talent pool and the ability to attract top talent to our organization.
