About the Role

The Assistant Business Manager is a brand ambassador reflecting Charlotte Tilbury's values. You are driven to achieve and exceed goals, motivating your team for exceptional performance. Customer experience is at the core of your leadership style, constantly seeking new ways to engage and satisfy customers. You work collaboratively with the Business Manager to ensure seamless daily operations at the counter. You not only dare to dream, but you dare to make it happen.

  • Drive store financial results to meet and surpass targets and key performance indicators.
  • Support the commercial manager in setting individual and team sales goals, communicate with retail sales artists to agree on sales targets, and meet them.
  • Analyze available business data and suggest improvement opportunities proactively.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit; be a specialist in retail makeup artistry brands, showing genuine enthusiasm and commitment to company performance.
  • Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and create a full customer experience.
  • Coach and provide constructive feedback to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are met in service and makeup artistry areas.
  • Seize every opportunity to expand exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience; drive the customer database for direct marketing opportunities.
  • Implement individual and team development plans, conducting regular reviews to encourage coaching and constructive feedback exchange.
  • Create a positive and collaborative team culture in the store through meetings and a collaborative management style; recognizing and celebrating performance when needed.
  • Lead by example with impeccable personal grooming, inspiring your team to always reflect their makeup style: elegant, sophisticated, and glamorous.
