About the Role:

The Assistant Business Manager is a true brand ambassador, always reflecting Charlotte Tilbury's values. You are passionate about achieving and exceeding goals, driving exceptional team performance through maximum motivation. Customer experience is at the core of your leadership style, constantly thinking of new ways to engage and satisfy customers. You work collaboratively with your Business Manager to support seamless daily operations at the counter. You not only dare to dream it, but you dare to do it.

  • Drive store financial results to meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators.
  • Support the commercial manager in setting individual and team sales targets and communicate with retail sales artists to agree on sales goals and achieve them.
  • Analyze all available business information and proactively suggest improvement opportunities.
  • Show entrepreneurial spirit; be a retail makeup artistry specialist and demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, commitment, and interest in company performance.
  • Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and create a complete customer experience.
  • Coach and provide constructive criticism to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are met in both service and makeup artistry areas.
  • Seize every opportunity to expand exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience; drive the customer database for direct marketing opportunities.
  • Implement individual and team development plans, conducting regular reviews to encourage coaching and constructive feedback exchange.
  • Create a positive team culture through collaborative management style, meetings, and celebrating performance when necessary.
  • Lead by example with impeccable personal grooming, inspiring your team to always reflect their makeup style; elegant, sophisticated, and glamorous.
