The Role

As we expand in Europe, we seek experienced Customer Service Team Managers to join us and help establish a new multilingual team in Barcelona. This presents a special opportunity to shape a fresh operation right from the start

We are looking for someone with solid leadership skills, a knack for developing talent, and a genuine commitment to creating a positive workplace. Our Team Managers are crucial in upholding exceptional people and customer experiences. With strong interpersonal abilities and high energy, you should be comfortable with uncertainty, thriving in a fast-growing environment.

If selected, you will join a training group in Summer 2024.

What you will do....

Nurture and develop a team of up to 10 skilled Customer Service Advisors.Take part in recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing staff.Enhance product knowledge and drive service quality improvements for a better customer experience.Propose and back process enhancements across departments, supporting team implementation as needed.Analyze and improve team performance, ensuring satisfaction for both internal and external customers.Ensure compliance with regulations and business standards.

What you will bring...

Previous experience in a similar team leader position, ideally in a fast-paced contact center environment. Passion and self-motivation to collaborate effectively.Proactive nature with problem-solving skills.The confidence to suggest process enhancements and a drive for continuous improvement in service delivery.A true determination to excel and offer outstanding service.Ability to inspire and support employees to reach their full potential.Outstanding communication skills, building instant rapport with customers.Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, and English is essential.Desire for personal and professional growth.
