Tu Rol :
Diseño/mejora de nuevos procesos de fabricación y limpieza, incluyendo el mantenimiento del ciclo de vida de los procesos aplicando los principios de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia liderarás y coordinarás el equipo de trabajo, prepararás la documentación necesaria para llevar a cabo la validación y harás seguimiento de la fabricación si procede

Mejora de proceso:

serás el focal point de los procesos/productos bajo tu responsabilidad para la detección de mejoras de proceso y limpiezas, así como la identificación y definición de las mejores opciones que encajen en los principios de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia.


Ciclo de vida del producto:

serás responsable de llevar a cabo las revalidaciones de proceso y/o verificación continuada de los procesos/limpiezas bajo tu responsabilidad.

Homologación de nuevos proveedores y/o cambio de proveedor. Definición de los tiempos de validez entre fases de los productos intermedios de fabricación. Definición de la estrategia de control de proceso.

Soporte en la gestión de las incidencias relacionadas con los procesos productivos que puedan surgir durante la fabricación de los lotes en rutina.

Evaluación de cambios, ya sean impulsados desde el área u otras áreas.

Soporte en la gestión de desviaciones/investigaciones con impacto en la calidad del producto y/o proceso productivo, así como las acciones correctivas/preventivas asociadas a la desviación.


Realizarás estas tareas interaccionando con otras áreas y funciones y formarás parte de equipos de proyectos para implementar nuevos procesos o instalaciones.


Quién eres:

  • Formación universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud o Ingeniería.
  • Experiência mínima de tres años como Técnico de Tecnologgía Farmaceutica o similar.
Conocimiento de las GMPs

  • Conocimientos básicos de estadística.
Conocimientos básicos de gestión de proyectos

  • Conocimiento avanzado en herramientas ofimáticas (Word, Excel y PowerPoint).Conocimiento básico en herramientas informáticas de gestión de proyectos (Microsoft Project o similar)
  • Inglés fluido oral y escrito (nível equivalente a First Certificate)
