Temenos T24 Transact Technical Analyst

Knowledge & Experience required:
- At least 3 years of experience in analysis and development in T24 Transact, version R21 or higher.
- Experience supporting T24 users.
- Proven Knowledge of TPH Payments system.
- Experience with modules of the following T24 sub-families: Framework, Infrastructure, Accounts, Financial Account & financial reporting- mismatch GL imbalances, Position imbalances, General Ledger & Accounting, Lending, Limits & Collateral, Product Management, Reconciliation & Matching, Trade Banking, Treasury, Securities.
- Knowledge of TAFC framework.
Main Responsibilities & Duties:
- T24 analysis, design and programming of new processes in accordance with the strategy of General Management and operating departments requirements, and the National or European banking regulations.
- Maintenance of existing programs in T24.
- T24 run Close-of-Business.
- Study, diagnosis and resolution of incidents in T24.
- Report, control, documentation and monitoring of incidents. Interaction with Temenos Help Desk.
- Documentation of own processes. Realization of manual of use of applications, update, distribution.
