Job Introduction:

As a compliance manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the compliance activities of the organization. You will develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Your role will involve assessing risks, conducting audits, providing training and guidance to employees, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

You will work closely with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage an effective compliance program that aligns with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Support and monitor the compliance with Platforms requirements in terms of onboarding, due diligence, testing and auditing.
  • Address recurrent consultations (KYC / AML / Thirdparty agreements, etc)
  • Support functional areas with internal policies and procedures (preparation, review, test samples and implementation)
  • Investigation of reports in our Ethic Line
  • Audit of business processes and transactions
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliancerelated matters, including policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as legal, finance, human resources, and operations, to ensure compliance efforts are integrated into all business processes
  • Develop and implement a reporting and monitoring system to track compliancerelated activities, identify trends, and report on compliance status to senior management
  • Respond to and resolve compliancerelated inquiries, complaints, and violations in a timely and effective manner
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in compliance management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification in compliance is a plus.
  • Proven experience working in a compliance role, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the organization.
  • Excellent understanding of compliance principles, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks.
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate compliance requirements and issues to employees at all levels.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
