Un Director de Proyectos es responsable de planificar, supervisar y dirigir proyectos desde su concepción hasta su finalización.

Se trata de una función de alto nível que requiere la interacción con una serie de stakeholder y clientes tanto internos y externos, a menudo gestionando simultáneamente varias partes móviles del proyecto.

Los proyectos serán cualquiera de la cartera de la empresa:

Unidades de RF para satélites de telecomunicaciones, unidades dedicadas a la comunicación y el control de los satélites, unidades de procesamiento digital a bordo, segmento terrestre para el control de naves espaciales y medios de prueba asociados.


  • Garantizar que los proyectos cumplen los costes y los plazos
  • Gestionar el progreso del proyecto y adaptar el trabajo según sea necesario
  • Gestionar las relaciones con los clientes y las partes interesadas
  • Dirigir la identificación de riesgos y oportunidades a lo largo de todo el programa.
  • Diseñar un plan de mitigación de riesgos. Asegurar las oportunidades al iniciar nuevos proyectos
  • Revisión de proyectos y elaboración de informes detallados para el personal ejecutivo.
  • Coordinar al personal y los recursos internos
  • Supervisar toda la documentación entrante y saliente del proyecto
  • Gestionar equipos grandes y diversos
  • Dirigir sesiones de planificación de proyectos
  • Optimizar y mejorar los procesos y el enfoque general cuando sea necesario.
  • Participación en el proceso de licitación, es decir, diseño, presentación y revisión.

Requisitos:

Cinco o más años de experiência y una o varias cualificaciones formales en cualquiera de los siguientes campos:
Ingeniería, Empresariales o ADE

MBA o Máster equivalente

Inglés Fluido. Valorable otros idiomas.

Desable experiência previa en el sector aeroespacial

Capacidad de comunicación escrita y verbal

Capacidad para gestionar situaciones de gran tensión

Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y gestionar varios elementos del proyecto simultáneamente
