As Connect Growth Outbound Manager, you will be in charge of scaling the Outbound strategy for the Connect Marketplace in France, Canada, India and other countries.

As part of the Marketing team, you will work closely with the Business teams to develop existing accounts with Account Managers and acquire new accounts with Business Developers.

As Connect Growth Outbound Manager, you will be in charge of scaling the Outbound strategy for the Connect Marketplace in France, Canada, India and other countries.

As part of the Marketing team, you will work closely with the Business teams to develop existing accounts with Account Managers and acquire new accounts with Business Developers.


  • Leveraging and enhancing our existing tech stack (e.g., Lemlist, CaptainData) to meet our goals.
  • Identifying, enriching, and scoring companies and key decision-makers based on intent signals.
  • Creating and managing automation workflows to scale outbound operations efficiently.
  • Ensuring the quality of data for the business teams and structuring collaboration processes.
  • Defining and implementing KPIs & Reporting to monitor outbound efforts' success.
  • Leading outbound campaigns from start to finish, including scraping, data enrichment, email copywriting, campaign launches, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates such as our Rise Growth Outbound Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, CRM Manager, Sales Ops, etc.
Your ProfileMust be a French native speaker and fluent in English.
Currently enrolled in a higher education program related to Marketing, Sales, or Business, seeking awork-study contract in Paris.
Previous internship or experience in Growth, Lead Generation, or Sales is highly desirable.
A keen interest in testing new tools and technologies, with a particular affinity for no-code solutions,automation, AI, and copywriting.
An analytical mindset with a strong focus on reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Business-oriented, with a technical curiosity and eagerness to learn.
This work-study position offers a remarkable opportunity to contribute to an international company'sgrowth while gaining experience.
