WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


Reporting into the Choreograph VP, Growth for Create, this individual will partner with various stakeholders in supporting our products and technology offerings, most specifically Choreograph's Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) tool, Choreograph Create but also for the rest of Choreograph solutions.

The role requires collaborating closely with the leaders of our respective OpCos (Operating Company/Agencies) along with the Choreograph teams to provide content and serve as advisors of Create for top clients and opportunities globally.


This position maintains client retention and organic growth, sources new business opportunities through the Creative and Media OpCos and upholds standards of excellence for all marketing communication products and services.

The individual nurtures strong client partnerships built on strategic insights, quality, customer service and dependability - with the ultimate goal of becoming a trusted partner to the client.

This position interfaces with clients and senior management ensuring that products and services meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Choreograph Create Platform Growth & Engagement

  • Champion Choreograph narrative and Create offering opportunities within WPP internal OpCos
  • Maintain a positive relationship with OpCos, and providing clear lanes of communication and support
  • Establishes and nurtures relationships with leadership and Data Strategy leads across WPP
  • Establish regular checkins with key constituents
  • Organize Choreograph based trainings
  • Clearly explain Choreograph products, value proposition and engagement model
  • Distribute and share educational materials to OpCos
  • Become a trusted Create representative
  • Partner with WPP Marketing & Growth team to integrate Choreograph story across new business pitch opportunities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience, ideally in a digital, creative, or media agency
  • Strong knowledge of leading data and technology tools, specifically for DCO and addressable content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to create and deliver professional presentations and customer deliverables requiring little review/input from others
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrable track record of success in client engagement in a crossfunctional environment, including product, tech, or media
