Job Description

Blue Code is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer & React) to drive an innovative international learning solution project.

With over 40 years of experience in training and personal development, the company is embarking on a new journey to build a cutting-edge global learning and development platform.

This platform will enable employees of large companies to continuously develop themselves in a customized and transparent manner, partly powered by Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development team in designing, building and maintaining web applications
  • Oversee both backend ) and Frontend (React) development
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX / UI designers and other stakeholders
  • Define and prioritize project requirements
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness
  • Participate and mentor developers to promote best practices in coding, testing and deployment
  • Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines to automate development processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in full stack development
  • Strong expertise in and React
  • Proven experience leading a development team
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • Experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MongoDB
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure and services
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
  • English B2 level or higher is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to work onsite in Alicante 1-2 days per week with the rest of the team

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years experience in full stack development - Strong expertise in and React - Proven experience leading a development team - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model - Experience with popular React.
