Lead Full Stack Developer & React) Blue Code is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer & React) to drive an innovative international learning solution project.

With over 40 years of experience in training and personal development, the company is embarking on a new journey to build a cutting-edge global learning and development platform.

This platform will enable employees of large companies to continuously develop themselves in a customized and transparent manner, partly powered by Artificial Intelligence.


Responsibilities:


Lead the development team in designing, building and maintaining web applicationsOversee both backend ) and Frontend (React) developmentCollaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers and other stakeholdersDefine and prioritize project requirementsEnsure the best possible performance, quality and responsivenessParticipate and mentor developers to promote best practices in coding, testing and deploymentImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate development processesRequirements Minimum of 8 years experience in full stack developmentStrong expertise in and ReactProven experience leading a development teamExperience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux)Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web servicesFamiliarity with PostgreSQL or MongoDBExperience with AWS infrastructure and servicesExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitudeAbility to work collaboratively in an international environmentEnglish B2 level or higher is requiredBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferredWillingness to work onsite in Alicante 1-2 days per week with the rest of the teamFull time job - 40 hours per weekCompetitive salary depending on experience and/or skillsAnnual salary reviewInternational environmentHybrid work model - 1 or 2 days per week of office work in Alicante.
