This platform will enable employees of large companies to continuously develop themselves in a customized and transparent manner, partly powered by Artificial Intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team in designing, building and maintaining web applications
- Oversee both backend ) and Frontend (React) development
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers and other stakeholders
- Define and prioritize project requirements
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness
- Participate and mentor developers to promote best practices in coding, testing and deployment
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate development processes
- Minimum of 8 years experience in full stack development
- Strong expertise in and React
- Proven experience leading a development team
- Experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MongoDB
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and services
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
- English B2 level or higher is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to work onsite in Alicante 1-2 days per week with the rest of the team
- Full time job - 40 hours per week
