Job Description:

The Multichannel Business Partner is a member of Customer Excellence & Operations (CE&O) department.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Manage a Global Portal Solution:
  • Project Management.
  • Work in company processes with different internal stakeholders.
  • Support on PRC review of promotional materials.
  • External vendor management.
  • Editorial Plan and media planning to have the web updated and promoted.
  • Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Ability to understand social media platforms and how to use them to distribute content, gain more links and build successful campaigns.
  • Work in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders adding value and supporting the digital transformation.
  • Analysis of multichannel campaigns execution to improve results and optimize channel use.
  • Preparation of digital assets in collaboration with marketing, V&A, and medical teams as well as external agencies.
  • Virtual meetings planning and execution support.
  • Implementation of Customer Engagement Plans.
  • Social media campaign management.
  • Driving innovation through scoping, presentation and implementation of new digital projects and tools.
  • Data analysis.
  • Budget management.

Qualifications:

  • Economic or Business Administration, Engineer or IT degree.
  • Preferably some experience in Digital marketing.
  • Solid English command.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, optimistic, cando attitude is a must and flexible.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Be a team player and at the same time ability to selfmanage.
  • Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
  • The capacity to priorities and work across multiple projects.
  • The ability to work independently and flexibly.
